Following the 2025 merger with the United Utah Party (UUP), the Forward Party of Utah established an Executive Committee composed of equal representation from both legacy parties, with three members selected from each. The Executive Committee is elected in odd-numbered years by delegates at the party’s State Convention, providing regular opportunities for member participation and accountability.

Michelle Quist - ChairMichelle has been involved in Utah politics for 16 years, serving as a precinct officer, county party officer, and state party officer in the Utah Republican Party before her run for Utah Attorney General with the UUP in 2024. A lawyer for 25 years, she has clerked for a federal appellate judge, served as a law school dean of admissions, and is now in private practice. Michelle has also served as a Utah Bar Commissioner and has volunteered for Utah Women Run, the Refugee Justice League, the Primary Children’s Family Advisory Council and the Road Home Development Committee. She is a single mom to 7 wonderful kids and 1 sneaky Bernedoodle. |

David Hinckley - Vice ChairDavid is an Analytics Manager at Western Governors University, a proud father of six, and a husband of nearly 20 years to his wife Marie. Born in Provo and graduated from BYU, he's lived about half his life in Utah County. He helped found the Forward Party in Utah because he believes that destructive partisanship is poisoning the country and that the Forward Party has a viable path to restoring sanity. |

Ladd Johnson - Campaigns DirectorLadd Johnson is the founding partner of Johnson Law, PLLC, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. He earned three degrees from BYU, including a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a law degree, and is fluent in Portuguese. He is happily married and an enthusiastic golfer who enjoys the game both on the course and from the comfort of his living room, where he follows the sport with equal dedication. He was a longtime member of the United Utah Party and previously served as a candidate and the party's chair prior to the 2025 merger. |

Phil Boileau - Communications DirectorPhil Boileau holds a BA in English and Film Studies from the University of Michigan owns a Data Management Consultancy that supports nonprofits and mission-driven organizations nationwide with systems strategy, automation, and analytics. He views the Forward Party as a rational response to a deeply entrenched, systemic problem in American politics—one that emphasizes competition, evidence, and respect over rigid partisanship. Phil and his wife moved to Utah in 2022, where his daughter was born. |

Patricia Bradford - SecretaryPatricia Bradford is a Cedar City-based community member, parent, and longtime advocate for thoughtful civic engagement. She has been active in Utah’s political reform movement for years, previously serving on the board of the United Utah Party and running as a candidate for the Utah State Senate in 2022. Patricia balances her public involvement with family life and professional endeavors, bringing a grounded, community-focused perspective to her work with the Forward Party as the party builds a more collaborative and responsive political alternative in Utah. |

Lynn Taylor - TreasurerLynn earned a bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA with a focus in eBusiness. He served for 10 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he flew the A-10 Thunderbolt II (affectionately known as the "Warthog") and taught the Army and the Air Force how to play nice together. Lynn is a friend of innovative ideas, a foe of rancorous tribalism, and a fan of Forward Party ideals. (He also likes to write.) |
